About Me

<$BlogPageTitle$>

About me there sit two cell phones, a laptop, a water bottle, and a hair tie. There are many things about me actually, on every side.

I know you're looking for a different "about me." For that you might click on my profile and read my interests or browse my blog entries to take an adventure through my brain in written form. However, if you enjoy the utterly random, you may peruse the following list of randomness for some snapshots "about me."

I lay claim to Ozarks, though much of the mid-west has housed me at one time or another; I've lived at least 20 different places so far.

           I love to write (surprise!).

Countries I've been to include United States, Mexico, Costa Rica, Guatemala, nearly 20 European countries, and Texas. Yes, I realize Texas is part of the United States, but if you've driven through it, you know it is its own country.

I've had cotton candy once in my life; I was 18.

If you know me or you've already read my posts, you may know that my list of top nemeses includes stick-shifts, keys, algebra, and spiders and is growing.

            The word "gaffe" annoys me.

[orig_14340_008.jpg]One of my favorite Bible passages is, "For God, who commanded the light to shine out of darkness, hath shined in our hearts, to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ. But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellency of the power may be of God, and not of us.We are troubled on every side, yet not distressed; we are perplexed, but not in despair; Persecuted, but not forsaken; cast down, but not destroyed." 2 Corinthians 4:6-9

I don't know what color my eyes are.

                   I love quotes!

Somehow, talent (or lack thereof) not withstanding, I've developed an affinity for photography.

Music is one of my favorite things in the whole world.

Cartoons are among my least favorite things in the whole world.

My brother is my best friend in the whole world.

I don't actually use the phrase "in the whole world" that much in real life.

I'm somewhere in between being young enough to be in love with Justin Bieber and old enough to repeat Burma Shave slogans.

I am now too tired to think of anything more about me.
